Mr Pravin Kumar Tayal and Mr Rampratap Radhakishan Tayal, both members of the Happy House Co-op. Housing Society and holding Flat Nos. 101 & 102 in the building of the Society, have reported to the Society that they have transferred, conveyed and assigned Flat No. 101 in favor of Mr. Ashok I. Pallan & Mr. Kunal A. Pallan and Flat No. 102 in favor of Mrs. Kunjan Thakkar & Mrs. Nila A. Pallan. However, the Share Certificate No. 20 (bearing distinctive Nos. 101 to 105) submitted by Mr Pravin Kumar Tayal and Share Certificate No. 21 (bearing distinctive Nos. 106 to 110) submitted by Mr Rampratap Radhakishan Tayal are not valid as the Society issued the Original Share Certificate No. 01 for 5 (Five) Shares bearing distinctive nos. from 01 to 05 to Mrs Radharani Rampratap Tayal and the Original Share Certificate No. 02 for 5 (Five) Shares bearing distinctive nos. from 06 to 10 to Mr Rampratap Radhakishan Tayal on January 27, 1997. Both Mr Pravin Kumar Tayal and Mr Rampratap Radhakishan Tayal have declined to provide the presently valid original share certificates as mentioned above, and have further claimed that the above certificates do not exist or have not been issued to them. Mr. Ashok I. Pallan & Mr. Kunal A. Pallan and Mrs. Kunjan Thakkar & Mrs. Nila A. Pallan are in possession of all other necessary documents and have completed all the necessary statutory formalities relating to the purchase of the said apartments in the Society. The Society hereby invites claims and objections from claimants or objectors for issuance of duplicate Share Certificate and transfer of the Share Certificates within the period of 30 (thirty) days from the publication of this notice, with copies of such documents and other proofs in support of his/her/their claims/objections for issuance of duplicate Share Certificate and the transfer of Share Certificates addressed to the Secretary of Happy House Co-op Society, at Eknathbuva Hatiskar Marg, Prabhadevi, Mumbai 400025. If no claims/objections are received within the period prescribed above, the Society shall be free to issue duplicate Share Certificate and transfer the Share Certificates in such manner as is provided under the bye-laws of the Society. The claims/objections, if any, received by the Society shall be dealt with in the manner provided under the bye-laws of the Society.
